Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care video visits
are available Monday - Friday 6 AM - 6 PM for ages 2 and older
in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky.
If you need to schedule a video visit with your primary or specialty care provider,
log into MyChart to schedule.

Select a Payment Option:
Step 2:
Select the date and time below for your Urgent Care video visit appointment.
Then, include your Reason for Visit, continue to Log in to Mychart or Continue as a Guest in the scheduling window.
- Guest log-ins will be prompted to set up a MyChart account by following a few easy steps.
- A MyChart account is required to complete a Deaconess Clinic LIVE appointment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with final instructions to complete e-checkin in your MyChart account prior to your appointment time.
