    Schedule a CT Scan

    A computed tomography (CT or CAT) scan allows doctors to see inside your body. It uses a combination of X-rays and a computer to create pictures of your organs, bones, and other tissues. It shows more detail than a regular X-ray.

    If your doctor has ordered a CT scan, please use the form below to schedule.

    CT Scan Guidelines

    • CT scans require a physician order
    • Your doctor may place this order electronically, or will provide a paper order form that you should bring with you to your appointment
    • If your physician has ordered a CTA coronary, PET, or invasive CT procedure (such as a biopsy) please call 812-450-5250 to schedule
    • A scheduling representative will be in contact with you to discuss any special instructions prior to the date of your exam
