New Patient Weight Loss Solutions Seminars

Are you ready to learn more about weight loss options available to you?
Then join us at one of our FREE informational seminars. During the seminar, one of our staff members will present the surgical and non-surgical options for weight loss. We will provide benefits and risks of each bariatric surgery and you will have the opportunity to ask questions during this time.

New patient packets will be available upon request. If you have completed a new patient packet, please bring it with you.

All new patients are required to attend one new patient seminar before they can be scheduled for an evaluation with one of our physicians
